Aquarius is available for skippered charter and complete turnkey regatta management for all the major regattas including The advantage of racing her is inherent in the professional level of maintenance and high standard of race preparation, providing you with the best possible chance of great results.

TURNKEY RACING PROGRAM As the experienced yachtsman knows, regatta preparation and participation can be a daunting task. Travel, accommodations, provisioning, crew recruitment, race preparation, and other arrangements, can make for a long frustrating week of sailing. Our highly qualified and skilled staff can assist you with all aspects of race preparation and participation. Aquarius’s turnkey program eliminates all of the hassles and lets you focus on fun and completion. The charter program includes full access to a 28 ft Protector. INDIVIDUAL CREW BERTHS As well as offering yacht charters, Aquarius prides itself in offering individual berths in the world's most renowned sailing events, including St Maarten Heineken Regatta, BVI Spring Regatta, Rolex International Regatta, Antigua Sailing Week, Newport–Bermuda Race, Swan World's Regatta and many more.

Option 1
Included: hire and insurance of yacht and crew Excluded: fuel, food and beverages, alcohol and spirits, taxes and harbor fees, any eventual extras

Option 2
Included: Total logistical support for racing including hire and insurance of yacht and crew Excluded: fuel, food and beverages, alcohol and spirits, taxes and harbor fees, any eventual extras

DEFINITIONS
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) usually equal to approximately 20% of the total charter fee for cruising and 5-10% during race charters, this advance payment is used to cover initial food, drink and fueling costs provided at the beginning of the charter.

DELIVERY FEES
In some cases a delivery fee is applicable for the transfer of your chosen yacht to a predestined area. When such a fee is payable this will be quoted at the same time as the charter fee, before the contract is signed.

GUEST PREFERENCE LIST
A comprehensive questionnaire is sent to charter guests for compilation in advance. This covers personal details and contacts for organization and customs purposes, arrival and departure details, preferences of itinerary and expectations, information regarding any special event which may be taking place, food and drink preferences which will enable your crew to make preparations in advance of your arrival.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
A payment of 50% of the total charter fee, plus relevant VAT if applicable, is payable upon signature of the charter contract. The balance of the charter fee and VAT if applicable, plus any other charges such as delivery fees and APA are payable one month in advance of the charter start date. Should the charter be booked less than one month before the start date, the full amount is payable upon signature of the charter contract.

Charter brokerage agency commission is already included in the charter tariffs quoted to you.
